The following privacy policy is provided by ThanaFresh LLC (THANAFRESH) to protect your personal information.

What Information Does THANAFRESH Collect?
THANAFRESH collects the following types of personal information: names, postal and e-mail addresses, phone and facsimile numbers, billing information, payment information and complaint and inquiry information. THANAFRESH may also collect business information from corporations, partnerships, LLC.’s sole proprietorships, some of which might constitute personal information, as well as personal information from individuals acting solely in their business capacity.

Who Can See My Information?
Any personal information provided is accessible only by THANAFRESH’s staff, officers and volunteers designated to process orders, complaints or requests. All THANAFRESH agents and contractors with access to personal information are also legally bound to adhere to this policy.

Computer Tracking and Cookies
Our web site is not designed to track, collect or distribute personal information not entered by its visitors. Our site logs may generate certain kinds of non-personal site usage data, such as the number of hits and visits to our site, type of operating system, browser used, search words, etc. This information is used for internal purposes by THANAFRESH to provide better customer service and may also be provided to others, however, the statistics do not contain personal information and cannot be used to gather such information.

A cookie is a small amount of data that is sent to your browser from a Web server and stored on your computer's hard drive. THANAFRESH uses non-identifying cookies to provide easier site navigation and access to forms. You can still use THANAFRESH site if your browser is set to reject cookies. Our cookies do not generate personal data, do not read personal data from your machine and are never tied to anything that could be used to identify you.

General Return Policy (Individuals)

If you are dissatisfied with your product(s), we'll gladly accept returns for any products purchased from THANAFRESH upon receiving your UNUSED product within 30 days of the PURCHASE date. To ensure a timely refund to your account, please return the item immediately upon deciding that you do not want the product. We regret that we do not refund any shipping cost. Please follow the simple instructions below:

Properly package the UNUSED item for shipment in its ORIGINAL CONTAINER; use the original packaging to ship your product if possible.
Copy your packing slip and explain the reason for your return on the back of the packing slip. Include the filled out packing slip inside the box. If you do not have your packing slip, please type or print the following information on plain white paper: purchasers name, address, and phone number; your name, address and phone number (if different from purchaser), product purchased, date purchased and reason for return.

Return, Refunds and Credits
If you are dissatisfied with your product(s), THANAFRESH will issue you a refund equal to the full product purchase price less a 20% re-stocking fee. Refunds will be issued to your credit card*, PayPal Account, or via a company check if your UNUSED return is received within 30 days of the PURCHASE date. Please make sure to enter all of your information, including your e-mail address and/or login information. We regret that we are unable to refund any shipping costs.

It takes up to 30 business days to process the return and credit your account. We will notify you via e-mail or phone once your return has been processed.

*Credit Cards include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. If the refund is via credit card, please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction. If you have any questions about your return, please contact Customer Service.
