If you are dissatisfied with your product(s), ThanaFresh LLC will issue you a refund equal to the full product purchase price less a 20% re-stocking fee. Refunds will be issued to your credit card* or via a company check if your UNUSED return is received within 30 days of the PURCHASE date.  Please make sure to enter all of your information, including your e-mail address and/or login information. We regret that we are unable to refund any shipping costs.

It takes up to 30 business days to process the return and credit your account. We will notify you via e-mail or phone once your return has been processed.

*Credit Cards include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. If the refund is via credit card, please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction.
